I arrived at 12 pm and even though check in isn’t until 4pm , my room was ready . Staff were very friendly at check in and check out . The room had a window that opened fully and radiators that could be turned off , so important when hotel rooms are often way too hot . There was a coffee machine in the room which was nice . Also I thought 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels was very generous. The bed was very comfy . There were 3 dressing gowns provided too. The curtain kept the light out very well. It perfectly walkable into town if you’ve comfortable shoes .

It is a well-kept hotel with excellent facilities. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff friendly and extremely professional and helpful. The bar is excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the center, and a few minutes by bus (an extremely comfortable and convenient choice). The price/quality ratio is very good. Overall we had a very good time and would gladly stay there again.

Convenient location for visiting places of interest in Co Clare North & The Burren, also Co Galway SouthEast, also for Galway City. Rooms close to restaurant, hotel entrance, and car park; pleasing decor & comfort. Sufficient size of room, comfortable bed, bath, room facilities. Delicious breakfast. Quiet room located at rear of premises; those at the front faced car park & pleasant garden fronting a busy main road,

A very comfortable room with a large comfy bed and a newish modern bathroom with a good walk in shower. An added bonus was a bus stop right outside of the hotel which gave easy access into the city centre without having to take the car and finding parking etc. The cost was only €1.90 for a single fare and they also run every 10/15mins - so we’ll worth it.

Staff are great. It's a while ago now, a few years ago, but the main restaurant was top notch. The food was great, the wine and the service all A1. I'm delighted with Flannery's every time. I was there in April with Spanish, French and German friends and they found it very much to their liking.
